- Returns & Replacements
- Your satisfaction and delight is our priority! We strive to provide a high level of personal service and oversee each and every order from start to finish. Returns or exchanges may be made on products that are not personalized within 14 days of receipt of purchase. In order to return your item, please contact us.
- We will also be happy to reprint custom and personalized items free of charge when an error is due to a printing mistake and we are notified within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for customer information mistakes on the order form. Please be sure to review your order in detail before submitting and/or request a proof to ensure your personalized information is correct.

- Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 48 hours of order submission if the proof and approval processing has not been completed. Once approved and scheduled for printing, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Order Processing Information
- Orders are processed within 24 hours and proofs are emailed within 48 hours of order receipt. Once approved, orders may take 4-8 business days to process and get ready for shipment. For faster processing, especially during peak seasons, a Rush Order can be requested by adding a "rush my order" product to your shopping cart. Rush Charges will be incurred as follows: 3 day rush = $10, 2 day rush = $20, 1 day rush (next day availability) = $30, and same day rush (if possible) = $40. Rush times do not include shipment or delivery time or charges. Additional charges may apply.
- Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping fees are $4.00 for first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Large quantity items may incur a slightly higher shipping rate. Local customers may request to pick-up their order and waive the shipping.
